We took our 85-year old mother for a hearing exam and wax removal. The office staff hid behind sliding glass windows and left us standing while they stared at their computer screen and refused to acknowledge us. Once in the exam room we waited over 45 minutes before the doctor came in. When our mother remarked that she had been waiting a long time, the Dr. Bovenkers's response was to give her a take-it-or-leave-it ultimatum. No apologies. He displayed unprofessional and confrontational behavior.
This doctor listen to every word and understood the reason I was there, he understood my frustration. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, and was very gentle with the procedure. Dr Stephen Bovenkerk showed such a great deal of expertise and a concern for my health. I was explained the finding and give a brilliant solution to the problem. Dr Bovenkerk is an excellent ENT ! I can't thank him and his staff enough !
Dr. T. is a very good dr. I have been seeing him for 10 yrs when he did my sinus surgery. He also found a brain tumor after he sent me for a CT scan. He also thought I might have weak muscles in my throat as I had stroke 5 mos ago & have trouble with choking. He takes his time & answers any questions. He's not only an ENT but as you can see he finds other problems that, if needed, he refers you to another dr. He's very patient, has a great personality and I really like him.
Very friendly? Approachable and professional.
Always have a positive experience. He has been very flexible with me when I've come in for allergy shots and need to see him regarding something else ENT related, he can always see me sometime that day.
