Money grab. I’ve been sedated 7+ times by 3 other sedation dentists and never needed to book a consult that costs money, and travel over 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment to fill out the forms. I requested to speak to the dentist over the phone and have the forms emailed to me but still pay. Lady that answered the phone was pretty flippant said do it without sedation yet lol. The BEST dentist and honestly one of my favourite places to visit, not even kidding!! Been going here for many years and every staff member is top notch at what they do and the whole team of (all women which is so cool) work so well together. You can tell everyone likes their job and the work environment is healthy, collaborative and it shows with the care they give their patients. I had an extremely disappointing experience with your receptionist, Lisa. She was by far the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to over the phone. I originally called to book a cleaning and the first woman I spoke with was wonderful—kind, helpful, and professional.
