They had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. They did call Tuesdays and Thursdays with some form of an update, albeit vague and without timeline estimates. I originally took my car to Brandon Nissan and they use Lakeland Collision. Went to pick up my vehicle and the front camera is not working and the drivers door is not lined up. 2019 Nissan Murano involved in a front end collision. 2 weeks there for a simple damage on my 2020 vehicle. They had to remove twice the rear glass of the right panel and the installation isn't good still.
My car looks amazing, the paint job is great and she drives beautifully. However, all the people in the office, should get on the same page. I was given the run around almost everytime I called and they were pretty rude. The repair side of this place is great but the customer service was awful
Lakeland Collision customer service was excellent! I had a lot of problems dealing with the insurance company and renter service connecting with each other about payment and other issues, but when I talk with Lkld Collision they always eased my mind about worrying, they would always keep me updated and took care of updating other parties necessary to keep the stress off me. The service repairman also did an excellent job!! Lakeland Collision keep up the excellent service!!
