Absolutely awful! I brought my 2021 Ram Rebel in several times with a ticking noise coming from the lifters and oil on my head gasket BEFORE my warranty was up. Every time they sent me away saying nothing was wrong. I told them I was concerned because my warranty was almost up and there is clearly a problem. My service advisor told me "Don't worry, the complaint is documented.
