The best CrossFit gym and coaches anywhere. I was a member of this gym for over 4 years and recently moved to Gainesville. Nothing compares to the knowledge of the coaching staff. The faculty is large and well outfitted with the best equipment and WODs are strategically created for overall performance and can be scaled to any level. Shout out to Coach Andrew Longboy for his vast knowledge of gymnastics, strength training, skill training and dynamic leadership.

I did CrossFit years ago but never really got much instruction on the movements and actually almost really hurt myself at another CrossFit gym so I was a bit anxious to jump back in and I’m so glad I did. I signed up to get the personal coaching done and walk through the movements to make sure I was doing them right and also have any corrections pointed out and it was very helpful. This gym has given me the best experience and instruction on fitness I've ever received. The owner greets me by name every time he sees me, and all of the coaches have been incredibly helpful. They take the time with everyone. You can tell Mike cares deeply about his businesses and so do all of his staff, making it an awesome experience and gym to workout in!
