They won't refund your deposit. Haven't received it for almost three months and no response to email.
Apartment 1D is truly a dump. It makes my skin crawl: stained crusty smelly carpets, water-damaged bathroom floors, faulty radiators that keep turning on in the middle of summer, dishwasher with grime cemented on the bottom. It’s so sad that these living conditions are considered acceptable when you’re paying rent. Edit 6/26: our tenancy just started…?? So I guess there was no changeover cleaning or maintenance. Stay away! They will screw up your college life. They don’t do move in cleaning at all, you will get a bunch of broken furniture, manager will not respond to maintenance requests because they don’t have people to fix stuff
