Great apartment complex to live. Convenient, affordable and very close to Cornell campus. Bob Abele is a phenomenal property manager.
I lived there for two years. It is very convenient if you go to north campus constantly. but the apartments are super old, there's drainage issue, water pooling in the bathroom floor, old facilities, you name it. But it feels like home (I had great roommates)
Love the area. The property manager is always available when we need him.
They won't refund your deposit. Haven't received it for almost three months and no response to email.
