Tried to reach out to them for almost a week about an apartment that was cross listed everywhere and they never reached out. The place noted everywhere that the units were dog and cat friendly. When they finally reached out, he laughed at me when I said I had a dog and said that the units weren’t actually dog friendly, and hung up on me. I contracted Lakehouse property management almost a year ago to manage a rental townhouse I inherited. I had been having difficulty with the tenant not paying rent. Lakehouse property management got everything straightened out. They even collected almost $2000 in back rent from the tenant over the course of a few months, while collecting the current rent.
