The Lake + House facilities are spectacular. The apartment we saw is very nice, and the facilities are well-maintained. The guidance we received from Steve Carrillo was accurate and sufficient for our decision to rent the apartment.
Shouldn’t say pet friendly if you don’t allow all dogs
Great tour, very informative, nothing left out! Steve took us on a tour, we were able to see two different units, driving around all amenities and felt really good applying to this apartment complex.
The apartment is poorly managed, and the leasing office staff are arrogant and unhelpful. My belongings in storage were removed without any notice, and many of them were stolen. This is clearly an unprofessional way to handle the situation. The leasing office staff are also unfriendly.
Miguel was very pleasant, professional and resolved my problems in a very short time. I was very pleased with his service.
