Our AC stopped working on a Sunday. I reached out to Lakehills Mechanical on Monday to see if I could get someone out to diagnose the problem with a couple hot days in the forecast. Ben picked up after two rings and was able to fit me in to his busy schedule that afternoon. We used Lakehills Mechanical to replace our HVAC system two years ago. I was impressed then, and continue to be impressed with their service. Most recently, I reached out late on a Saturday night with a repair request. Ben was incredibly prompt in responding, and the he came out the following day. My A/C went out on a 102 degree day. I texted Ben at Lakehills Mechanical at 6:30pm on a Friday evening and he was at my house at 8am on Saturday morning. He had the system back up and running in about an hour! What AMAZING and responsive service...and a great, friendly guy too! Lakehills Mechanical will be my "go-to" for any A/C / HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend.
Ben and his crew are the best! They really have done an excellent job putting in new AC and helped my son get his system up and running.
