Excellent.... I can't find fault in much I find the recertionists excellent and bonded with ease I didn't know care like this existed... Wow , did I luck out...yes
Reception- 5/5 NP walk in is really good Other services accessed 5/5 Andree Perrier 5/5, absolute gem to the clinic and my family, we are more than grateful for her to be our NP. We have been with this clinic for 5-6 years and have had transfer in care (as our NP moved)- and it was stress free with excellent continuity and plan of care. I recommend this clinic to friends and family who do not have primary health care providers.
When you try to call to make an appointment around 1130-130, good luck. They announce on their phone line closed 12-1 for lunch but are clearly closing the line early nearly every time. I have tried calling 4 times this afternoon. The first 2 times i assumed they were on lunch (although it was only 1140 am) because it was simply no answer. The 3rd and the fourth time (all within a span of 15 minutes) said the office is closed entirely for the day which I know is not the case.
