None of the nurses here care! all they care about is getting you in and out as quickly as possible so their numbers look good and all they will ever prescribe is physio no matter what you say. You are never in pain to them.
Just love our NP, (Stephanie M), and all the staff at this clinic! The reception staff have a tough, busy job, but they handle it so well! Always helpful at faxing documents to insurance companies, making us appointments, and leaving messages for our NP! Can't thank this clinic enough! We were without a Dr. For 2 years, and feel wanted and welcomed here. They will also keep us in there if our NP for some reason leaves the clinic! And assured us, we will not be abandoned again! I highly recommend this clinic!
Professional, friendly, patient and empathetic. The admin staff at the front desk are especially awesome. I’m grateful we have this clinic in Thunder Bay. A one stop shop for health care.
why would you call yourself a walkin if you have to be a patient its just a nurse practitioners office not a walk in dont waste your time
