When I woke up to a cold house this morning, I called three companies. I found Lakehead Burner's number in the actual yellow pages. Sandy was the first to return my call and she helped walk me through basic troubleshooting and the problem was quickly solved without having to send anyone to my house. Sandy's customer service was kind and supportive. They will by my go-to company for all my heating needs.
Larry and Sandy are amazing to deal with. They have always helped when I was in a bind with my furnace even though it was installed by another company. Excellent work, Larry has always been great with prices and very friendly, and Sandy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Larry is busy because people that have used his company appreciate and recommend him to others. Highly recommend.
Overpriced services than estimated cost. Material/ supplies priced more than local stores and won't reduce the price despite showing the difference. Reason for overpricing - inflation.. better ask for flat rate/ service to avoid paying double your estimated price.
