It was a very good experience dealing with Lakhaven Carpet Court. Being able to bring samples home made my choice easier. Aaron the carpet layers was amazing working alone he moved my two bedrooms furniture then took up & disposed of my old carpet before laying the new underlay & carpet. Now I need to have the off cuts bound again this will be arranged by Carpet Court although I'm not sure of the cost.
Excellent sales service and attention to my need for a quick turn around solution. The installer was magnificent with a great work ethic his van was well stocked with tools to complete two rooms perfectly and exceeded my tanant and mine expectation. I would thoroughly recommend their team to anyone' who values great service.

We had a great experience with Lakehaven Carpet Court. Carolyn was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was a problem. They were able to fit us in earlier than expected to lay new carpet before our tenants moved into our investment property, which was a huge help. The team did a fantastic job, and the place was left neat and tidy once the work was completed. Really happy with the service and results – highly recommend!
Strong quote and nothing wrong with products but chose another supplier that suited us better for our stairs. Will be doing the bedrooms with their carpets though.
