Would be zero stars if possible. Absolute scam artists. They will always tell you there is not enough snow to plow, even when you measure and send them pictures of snow accumulation above 2". He will argue, talk down and yell at you until you are just in calling them out, then hang up when he is losing a disagreement. This is the WORST experience i have ever had with a company. The way Jim talks down to his wife is berating and just sad. Always had an excuse as to why they were not getting my garage's floor poured. Waa supposed to get floor poured in May. It is now what... almost November. Finally came and dug out garage in August and then left me high and dry. Broke my gate and never came back to fix it. They don't even deserve the 1 star but cant give negative one..

Exact same experience as other reviewers, paid in full for the season for plowing. They came 2 out of 5 times there was enough snow and very late. I was clear about the need for it to be plowed by 9am after twicehe showed up 9pm and 2 not showing at all. Started having to pay another person for individual plows because they wouldn't show up or argue about not enough snow.
