Goose has been doing what we affectionately call his “water aerobics” at LakeCross Veterinary, and the difference it has made has been incredible. After two knee surgeries, keeping this very active 6-year old boy moving comfortably has been so important. Since starting rehabilitation, he has made tremendous improvements. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for over five years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. Our appointment was for a simple vaccine and nail trim that took only a few minutes once we were seen, but we waited over an hour before being called back. The staff was friendly, and I appreciate that they offered a $15 credit for the inconvenience. Lake cross was BEYOND amazing!!! They were so amazing to me and my cat. They took him in straight away in an emergency situation. He unfortunately was already passing but they did everything they could and made the process bearable. They went above and beyond with his paw print and nose print and gifted the sweetest gift I could ask for. They handled his cremation service and held his ashes while I was away for as long as I needed with no rush. I will definitely be taking my other cat here for services from now on!!
