We’ve been bringing our dogs here for over five years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. Our appointment was for a simple vaccine and nail trim that took only a few minutes once we were seen, but we waited over an hour before being called back. The staff was friendly, and I appreciate that they offered a $15 credit for the inconvenience. Lake cross was BEYOND amazing!!! They were so amazing to me and my cat. They took him in straight away in an emergency situation. He unfortunately was already passing but they did everything they could and made the process bearable. They went above and beyond with his paw print and nose print and gifted the sweetest gift I could ask for. They handled his cremation service and held his ashes while I was away for as long as I needed with no rush. I will definitely be taking my other cat here for services from now on!! Not helpful in the slightest. I called to make an appointment to spay and the cat was likely pregnant. I was told they needed to do an eval first. I made the appointment for 2 days out. We went to the appointment. They said yes she's pregnant but here's a different vet to go to. The different vet also stated they needed to do an eval, 2 days out. Meanwhile, cats still pregnant, high risk. I wound up calling Spay and Neuter of the Carolinas and was met with people that actually listened, care about the animal and got me in th... read more
