I had such high hopes for living here but have been so disappointed with my experience since moving in. The "team" in the front office has lied to and harassed me, authorized their predatory towing company to remove my vehicle without giving me sufficient time to remedy the issue (the lease states that a notice placed on a vehicle means that the owner has 48 hours to move it, but they towed my vehicle in less than 24 and I had to pay over $500 to get it out of the impound), ...Continue Reading
Rude and unhelpful office staff; sneaky business dealings that include manipulating paperwork in order not to have provide rent relief, such as when a pipe burst and we had no access to our closet, and when another work order was put in to replace the weatherproofing on our front door but since a part “needed to be ordered” they closed it and never finished the job (3 months ago now); predatory towing company that says you have 24 hours to move a tagged vehicle but then they tow within a couple hours; old buildings that have... read more
Horrible complex, always something broken or closed for maintenance. The leasing agents don’t care about any of the residents when they truly are reaching out. Hate how everything is trashed told so many great things were coming and nothing happened, birds nest ruin anyone living on the first floor, I would not move here
I love living here at Cortland Gateway Park (until quite recently called "Lakecrest" which was a great name, because of the *incredible* lake which dominates the landscape). I love my newly-renovated apartment, the amenities (Fitness Center, Clubhouse, pool, hot tub, Business Center, monthly activities) are all great, so many of my fellow Gateway Parkers have dogs, so, when mine bark, no one is concerned or disturbed, so far everyone's been friendly. I love this community that I currently call home! The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s been one of the most peaceful and safest apartment complex that I’ve lived in. Maintenance is very prompt at solving any issues within 48hrs and the management staff is great, specially Taylor Ann; she’s the best! I'm gonna give a very honest review about my experience living in this property because I still living in here for 8 years . My apartment is leaking from the ceiling all the time, they came over 6 times and never fix the source of the problem, vinyl floor workers did a crap job, I'm really sick and tired of this, nobody should go through this specialty when you are paying $2137 dollars,.
