CAR VANDALIZED WHILE VISITING…. MANAGEMENT NO HELP… Not happy with this place at all. Went to visit my son to have my car vandalized, deep scratches all over hood. Came to find out that every car in that same lot was done the same way. No cameras are on location and to be told I have to file a claim on my insurance to be fixed…. Why should I pay for their lack of security.?? Stay far away! Place is filled with bugs, problems, and poor management. Had three of my vehicles in the parking lot keyed along with 13 other cars on the property and they don’t think they need to update the security. They offered no type of help and take no fault. For $1400 a month vandalism, bugs, and the water with a yellow tint shouldn’t be an issue. I wouldn’t suggest this place to no one. It’s sad to say that I’m counting the days down on my lease and couldn’t be happier!
Josh is the most respectful & helpful person i know!! he is quick on getting things done & making sure everything is right before leaving! give him a raise he deserves it for the amount of work he does!! GO JOSH :)
