Don't live here. Big issues Don't get handled
Lived here for almost 2 years now. Great location, responsive staff, and excellent maintenance crew. It is older, but that is reflected in the affordability.
I have been here going on a decade. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very responsive and professional in the work the do. The location is super convenient, being right off Haywood Rd and near I-385. Family and pet friendly with lots of amenities onsite
This place is a complete dump. I rented here temporarily after I relocated from out of state and was waiting for a house to be built. This is a Section 8 property so you can imagine the people that live there and what you'll see on a daily basis. Roaches everywhere, unemployed people smoking the green stuff all day long, trash all over the ground, kids damaging the property and attempting to injure the animals around the lake because the parents are drunk on their patios, the buildings literally falling apart....you name it.... read more
