Poorly organized with resulting lengthy delays that can be avoided by basic planing and logistics. I find the place a bit chaotic with the timelines and what they jave on display and how much they charge. With the prices they are charging, you're better off going to the high end furniture stores as they charge similar amounts and provide a superior service/delivery times.
The team at LakeCity Works is absolutely incredible. The craftsmanship and customer service are top notch. 10/10 would recommend for any of your custom furniture needs.
They ask you to email them with the details and pictures of what you want and they don't bother replying. I see this as a pattern in the reviews. The owner really needs to see what the front desk is doing. They also charge premiums for some furniture and you can get that furniture custom made for similar or cheaper prices in large furniture stores like world wide furniture with discounts.
I take my little guy Kylo to Woofingtons daycare, he just loves it there. He just loves the staff Lora, Hev, and Misty. He comes home tired and happy, I couldn’t ask for a better place to take him.
