Bryan came out today in record time to work on our AC. Lakebrink has been so good to us that we recommend them to others. Their service staff is beyond compare.
I called Lakebrink on THE hottest day at 4:00 pm when my a/c quit working. They offered to come the next afternoon. They actually came hours earlier and fixed my a/c quickly, efficiently and Ben Jasper was professional and explained everything to me! I won't call anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs. They are amazing!!!!! Thank you Ben!!!!!
These people are horrid! Do not do business with them. They do not keep their word and they will jack you around till the end of time.
If there was less than one I would rate Lakebrink's service a 0. I have been trying to get a bid and new unit in my mobile home for a year and finally this year I got the quotes. This was after many, many phone calls. Then they were going to send the papers so I could obtain financing and that was 2 months ago. I have been dealing with Andy and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am now dealing with Jim's Heating and Cooling in Washington and they are much, much better and will have a new unit shortly.
