Elite and professional practice with highly qualified, experienced doctors. Dr. May guided me through a very dark time and I truly believe he saved my life. The front-desk staff is also excellent - attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Very thankful.
Concerning Workplace Interaction & Lack of Professionalism I am writing as a patient who would prefer to remain anonymous, but I feel compelled to share what I witnessed during a recent visit to this office. I started coming here back in June. This was the first time seeing anyone therapist or psychologist and I had an instant Comfortability felt like I was in a safe place to truly speak freely. The staff was very friendly and kind.
My experience with this psychiatric group has not been the greatest, however, Michelle E. is an office staff member in Lake Worth and Delray and she is the ONLY employee that I have had contact with, who has been so kind, helpful, willing to actually listen to me as a patient, which, even some of the actual doctors don't even do. Im upset I even have to put one star. I urgently needed a new psychiatrist to refill very important medication, and in order to get the appointment set up they needed me to fill out tons of paperwork online. Ok, that's fine..so I do that. Now I am having to send all my cards and personal information to several different phone numbers (which they seem to not know how to get in contact with each other to bring it all together- but somehow this is what I was told to do?).
