From start to finish the customer service was amazing, made my trip to the dentist super easy and less nerve wrecking! They explained everything to me & made sure i left with no questions :)
Very friendly staff. If you pay attention to detail you may not be pleased. Some of the dental equipment is dated and rusted. There is not a great etiquette around touching things and putting their hands on the instruments and mouth. Dentist seemed extremely rushed. No formal introduction, just a quick… hi my name is_____. Proceeds to place gloves on and then touch the keyboard and mouse. I had to ask for her to change gloves.
