DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I was in the hospital trying to pass a kidney stone and I called to reschedule my appointment but the rude customer service lady said I would have to pay the $75 cancellation fee even though my copay is only $20 per visit. Stay FAR AWAY from this scam of a facility. They have absolutely no exceptions for emergency situations that are not in your control. Rude and unprofessional!
