One word: Greedy. I got the impression no one really knows what's going on there. I just took my cat there and a vet didn't even come into the exam room to take a look at her to see what was wrong. Dr. Whitaker always came in to see my cat before I left here there and would tell me everything they're going to do and we would talk about what's best for her. Not today though. It seemed to me they just wanted to bring in as many animals as possible, process them and shove them out. I doubt I'll be bringing my cat there again be... read more
the staff is wonderful and so good with our fur babies.
We’ve seen Dr.Maples over over a year for our dogs. She’s amazing! Our dogs are so comfortable around her and the staff. The front desk staff are always so kind and helpful as well! Highly recommend
LWAC has been so amazing helping me take care of these sweeties I rescued. One of them had been hit by a car and her leg was broken. The staff at LWAC has even been so kind to help me socialize them, introducing them to all kinds of people on their weekly visits, showing them love and affection, introducing them to other animals, etc. I am so thankful for everything they’ve done to help! These kitties were terrified little ferals and now they’ve been transformed to sweet cuddly little lovers. 🥰
Took my cat today. She was a nervous wreck. They were so kind to her and understanding with us!! Explained everything to us. Gave us different plans of action. Didn’t try to do extra stuff. Will definitely take my animals back!! Thank you so much!
