Worst storage facility in the Eau Claire area. Customer service is non existent. They let people live in their gated storage so your stuff in never secure. If you want to be taken advantage of and your stuff stolen. This is the storage facility for you.

Very helpful, worked with Luis to get my storage unit all lined up and he was very patient when I was having trouble receiving the email and text. Im very happy that it was able to work out and everything fell into place. Would definitely recommend KO Storage
