1/5 Stars - AVOID THIS PLACE We made the mistake of reserving a pontoon for 12 people weeks in advance, only to arrive and discover they had NO BOAT AVAILABLE FOR US. The sweet but clueless employee, Porter, was just as perplexed as we were. But the owner's response? Absolutely infuriating: "first come, first served". Are you kidding me?! We booked a pontoon for a day out with friends, showed up with all our stuff, and guess what? No pontoon! They tried to give us an older and smaller one that couldn’t even fit our group. Seriously, what’s the point of reserving if they don’t hold it for you? Called the owner to sort it out, and he was straight-up rude and didn’t care at all. No apology, nothing. Great experience! We rented a pontoon for 8 hours last weekend. Brad promptly met us at the dock and explained all the workings of the pontoon. The pontoon was in great shape and fully gassed up and ready to go. Brad gave us detailed suggestions on where to go and places to see on Lake Winnebago. He also helpfully pointed out areas that we should avoid due to rocks and wind. We are not experienced boaters but the pontoon was easy to use. We had a great day on the lake!
