If you are considering moving into a community managed by Windwood Homeowners Association, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This HOA is, by far, one of the most unprofessional, unaccommodating, and overpriced associations I have ever encountered. Windwood is a great community of villas, townhome, and condos in Boca Raton, near the beach, downtown Boca and Delray, and minutes from I-95. Built around a 20 acre deep lake, there are endless opportunities to enjoy birdwatching and great sunsets.
