We have two Chihuahuas and a hound, they get the best care here! Our dogs consider it an outing. We had a kitty that passed the whole staff was so tender and compassionate he was not even nervous and went out purring in our arms...
I have been taking my two kitties, and several other animals, to Dr. Grant for 15 years. She and her staff have always been very compassionate, friendly, and helpful. She takes plenty of time to explain her findings, her staff is helpful with all of my calls and questions, and I feel that my pets receive the best care. When I had to put my oldest cat to sleep this year, she planned a time so that I could be there without other patients around, giving me time to grieve...and she grieved along with me. Stopped by to get some supplies for the kitties and who wonders out but Dylan, he is such a bundle of love(big bundle). You can not receive better care anywhere than at Lake Wheeler Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Grant and her staff is the best for knowledge,care,supplies, and training for home care with your animals. Yesterday was THE hardest day of my life. Thank you Dr Grant and your wonderful staff for walking me through every step with Jill. I knew when I looked in Jill's eyes we had made the right decision. AMAZING. I'm a vet tech at a different clinic (my vet doesn't see exotics), but I fully recommend going to see Dr. Grant and her staff at LWVH. Dr. Grant is honestly one of the best doctors I've ever met. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she speaks to you as an equal. I flooded her with questions and even challenged one of her findings, but it was all taken with a smile. THANKS DR. GRANT!!
