I had my varicose veins injected. Although the procedure got rid of the varicose veins, what they dont tell you is that it will leave very prominent permanent scaring. I was told there would be some temporary discoloration, but that it would go away in a year. It has now been three years.

I was charged $250 for a doctor visit where I was told that all is good and you can go home. That is an expensive 3 minutes. It could be done via phone or email. I am disappointed. The rest is average. I had a way better experience.

My referring doctor had to send my referral over three times before I could schedule an appoint which was booked 5 months out. I had to pay out of pocket for 1 or the ultra sounds wo even checking my insurance. The other was covered Then the radiologist said I was fine. I went to Dr. Kim who was ecstatic to tell me I was fine however failed to address any of my symptoms or where I could go to for more help. Told me to go to my PCP who sent me there…. Then gave me a report that says tests are normal, no range or where I fall ... read more

have waited a week for a call from appt. scheduler after they told me they did receive the referral from my provider. They said it takes 3 days for scheduler to call but that has not happened yet. Sadly this is the way it has become in specialty clinics. My last experience there was 4 yrs ago & a positive one from the appt setting to visits. I liked the service providers there from past experience but what good is that if u can't get an appt!
