I have been going to Dr Kim for almost 20 years. I’m a 78 year old redhead with blue eys that spent way too much time in the Sun! I feel lucky to have found her! Great Doctor!
Kristen is amazing. My skin is always glowing after my hydrafacials and I leaving feeling like my skin is so clean but she somehow does the most gentle extractions! She is also really understanding about breakouts and my struggle with skin picking. She has also recommended great products for MY skin.
First visited the practice a year ago. As it turns out it was the doctor’s last day so he wasn’t focused. Scheduled my next annual with another doctor. When I called to see about changing the time, it turns out that doctor also left the practice. I was never notified nor would they rebook with the only existing doctor. Doctors do not remain with the business and support staff do not prioritize patient communication.
Dr. Kim and her team always deliver beyond my expectations. From the friendly check in, mtg on schedule, to medical counsel that provides information and confidence to make decisions about my health. I trust and highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team to support my needs.
