We just moved out after 2 years. At move in they were 130 per month for a 10x20 unit so we got a second unit. After the first 3 months we experienced the rate going up every couple months until it got to $390 per unit plus tax and fees..It ended up for 2 unkempt units that (one of the doors never operated properly) and the weather strip on the bottom let in water and roaches.
