William was very pleasant and very professional. They really cared about my storage needs….
I just left the parking lot trying to get a U-Haul for my move. William went above and beyond helping me get one. Took me outside after all the paperwork (which is normally a headache but he made it so quick and easy) and showed me how to hook my car on the trailer and answered any annoying questions I had without any hesitation and with a smile on his face. Honestly the best experience ive ever had from ANY business ever. Such an amazing soul. Thank you so much William!!!
