I used to live there many years ago. It was a good community back then.
What a joke, hopefully the newest owners will clean this place up, as a former manager I know there is a bunch of code enforcement issues that just keep slipping by.... I pray for the people that live there!
I drove by this place last week. Thought it was a good deal for the trailers for sale. I drove right around the trailer court and kept going. The pictures look nothing like what is posted on their website. Totally trashed, broken down vehicles and just totally ran down. I was very bum, I am looking for a mobile home to buy. They need be shut down and definitely reported. In lake wales, I would have not thought it could have some places as nasty as this place. It deserves no stars. 🤮
