Disappointing, after taking almost three hours for an oil change and that's with an appointment, then getting home after the service and smelling burning oil. After lifting the hood i could see oil spray under the hood, around the oil filter housing and other places and when looking under the vehicle there was oil everywhere and oil dripping from several spots. Apparently the service tech damaged the oil plug and while this explains the oil leaking underneath it doesn't explain the oil everywhere else. I did contact the serv... read more
Had a transmission problem that was covered under warranty and the guys a Lake Wales Chrysler handled it with ease! I highly recommend Billy and his team.
I waited 3.5 hours to get my oil changed. I had an appointment. They took my car in on time. I should not wait that long to get a oil change.
