My encounter with this dealership was on 10/10/25. Im gonna make this review as short as possible. I get to the location and I speak with Franny. I try to explain to her that Im just here to look at the inventory. she tells me lets sit down and talk and then proceeds to grab some paper. she comes back and asks me all these questions about my car I brought. Is there a zero star rating? The lack of communication is ridiculous. I drive a certified used vehicle off the lot and the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealer and they refused to assist me, advised they would call me back but never did. The manager was never available nor did he attempt any service recovery. I was forced to take it to another dealer, who found the issue, reached out to this dealer and they received the same response of no response!. I paid to have it repaired.
