Is there a zero star rating? The lack of communication is ridiculous. I drive a certified used vehicle off the lot and the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealer and they refused to assist me, advised they would call me back but never did. The manager was never available nor did he attempt any service recovery. I was forced to take it to another dealer, who found the issue, reached out to this dealer and they received the same response of no response!. I paid to have it repaired. RUN!!!! they are super nice until you make the deal then so rude. Everything that comes out of their mouths are lies. We paid cash for a 3500 dually. When we test drove it we said the brakes were grinding ,they "looked" at it said the rotor just needed turned. Here we are 2 days later on a road trip with our breaks completely gone stuck at a dealership 100s of miles away with over a $2000 bill ... absolutely unprofessional greedy people.
