Mario at the Lake Wales dealership was wonderful! He managed to find me exactly the Jeep Wrangler I wanted, and helped me through the entire deal. He was there for me post deal to make sure that I had everything I needed, and fully understood the features of my new Wrangler. I will certainly come back here when the time comes for a new car!
Perfect place to waste your gas and day. Before I head there I explain the sales person exactly what I need it and of course they said we can help. Even with challenges with credit they said we will follow up with you. They never did and then after more than a week they start calling me . The BDC department was super nice and I had to follow up over 3 times to get someone to talk to me just to tell me NO we need a lot down because my negative equity in my trade. And I understand that.
