Call for visit wanted a true cost . The lady that answer phone just hang up on me. Very rude and unproffesional.
Frank was really professional, courteous, and effective. In my residence, he and the other technician even donned booties! The repair went well and promptly, and Frank made sure to let me know that the repair was covered by a one-year warranty. I couldn't have asked for a more excellent level of service!
Figured I would take a chance on this repair service even though there were a few bad reviews. Like someone else on the reviews, they called to cancel the appointment. So don’t waste your time calling!
BEWARE We hired them for one of our properties. They charged our card 69.99 and never showed up. I called in to find out where the the tech was and then was told they called us last night (lie) to tell us they did not have a refrigerator tech. I ASKED WELL WHEN WILL ONE BE AVAILABLE HE SAID WE DONT HAVE ANY AVAILANBLE ANYMORE I asked to speak to a manager the man said I am the manager and if you don't like it oh well and hung up.
