Here for 11 years and I've loved it. Since Brenda became as manager and Chris took charge of maintenance, you couldn't ask for better care. They both have an instinct for knowing the best way to handle things before they became real problems. Theyve shoveled snow, made sure older residents could get out to safety during fire evacuation, and their handling of Covid 19 was awesome. A very nice area💙Beautiful place to live with excellent maintenance, but the huge downfall for me is how high the rent keeps getting here:( the rent price from the start wasn't accurate as it was online. This place is not truly 'low income' as it shows it is. This year 2021 so far our rent is going up twice!! Some of us are working more & more just so we don't fall behind.
