We love our apartment but I don't love the rent increase . It isn't meant for anyone to be here long term at all. I'd love to change the star rating but we will see if they calm down on pricing around here for everything. Overall it's quiet and very pretty views maintenance is always fast amd friendly. It's not a luxury apartment, its a dog kennel and it smells like one
I had a a maintenance issue with my dryer and Kevin fixed it in 15 minutes. Maintenance at Lake Vista has always been good and the guys are all nice people.
