On top of being rat infested, there are spiders everywhere, my apartment wasnt cleaned before I moved in, I had an old, molded dishwasher in the apartment for over 2 WEEKS after they were notified of the problem, I am in the wrong apartment ( which they were notified about on the day of move in), strange chemical smells flood my apartment at random times, at which times I am told " it is your bathroom cleaner", the fire alarm on the outside of the building has been broken for MONTHS, the lock on one of my doors has been malf... read more

I usually don't write reviews on places but I have decided to on Landmark of Lake Village West. I moved in the my Apt in March of 2014. I found the Apt. online as I was in another state at the time before I moved. First off the pictures on the website are very outdated. Many of the patio's on the apts. are sadly falling apart as the foundations in the apts. are horrible. OK sink in the kitchen is clocked up again recurring problem,hmmm ,called offside persons she talked to maintenance hmmmm can't get here till Monday (first call) not supposed to do dishes or use sink ,today is Friday hmmm ,second call ,might come out tomorrow which I don't believe ,we will see ,also found out that upstairs is the same way , hmmmm really???? Really sad huh ?so what's wrong with this hmmmm everything if you ask me

I hope this is allowed on the review page. . If not Kim feel free to delete. As I was leaving for work this morning I saw what looked like 2 dogs run into the big empty field. Then I saw a 3 rd that stopped in front of my car. From the look of it it looks like a baby coyote and then it took off into the other field back into the apartment complex and I saw two more so I think there are around 5 maybe 6 baby Coyotes around the complex, so people should look out for their small animals. I just wanted to make everybody aware.

After my raves about the improvement of the lap pool disturbances, I am back to being disappointed. Every night the past week, there has been MAJOR noise, cursing, throwing chairs until way after pool is supposed to be closed. Even today, there were 7 kids walking over from nearby neighborhoods to have a free swim on us. And the "visitors" seem to think that since they don't live here, they don't have to respect others or others property. Sad that we can't seem to get this resolved.....:(

Still no pool memorial weekend !!! I was told we had security on sight when I called the answering service said they would call them after a 2 hour wait no one came called back I was then informed we have NO security and the security lights on the bldgs their rigging to work a security lights have a high pressure sodium bulbs and ballast when the maint team riggs these up by cutting out the bulb and ballast to a 60watt regular lighbulb which drop it to about 1/3 lighting output which jeopardize the tennant parking area the a... read more
