Great place to live. They have a pool and the apartments are nice and great sized woth prices that are reasonable for the area. Staff are friendly and quick to help with problems.

Maintenance is top notch, Fred is on top of everything immediately. Place was very worth it years ago. Rent is just crazy now, totally unnecessary. Used to be 750 for a 3 bedroom with a garage. Now it’s 1100 for a two bedroom. Be weary of when you move out, make super sure to do that walk through with the staff, I got charged for some of the most wild things after because I couldn’t make time for the walk through.
Dont recommend. They have increased the price about 4 times in the last year quoting rising costs, yet they provide nothing more with the Price increase, not to mention someone is in the office only half of the week. Look elsewhere.
