Affordable studio, super friendly and prompt management. Susan made move-in easy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the complex being a nice place to live. Cleaner than any apartment complex I’ve ever lived! Landscape is well maintained, and it’s peaceful and quiet.
Susan is a wonderful property manager and what a beautiful location to live at! My window looks out to trees and nature with the sounds of chirping birds. The units have a lot of personality and are each unique, making them feel like home. Susan responds quickly to property related requests and supports a thriving community. People take a lot of pride in Milwaukie and there is a bustling farmers market a quick walk downtown every Summer Sunday. A great place to live all around!
My husband and I have lived here for two years. We love living at the end of the quiet street in and have felt right at home since we moved in. The building is old school but VERY well maintained and accompanied by the Kellogg Creek natural area and beautiful, mature landscaping. The walkability is really wonderful with quick access to food, downtown, the river, and MAX. I used to lived there from May 1990-July 1996 on the second floor and it was very nice place to live. Yes, I experienced the flood of February 1996 and I was shocked that the entire 1st floor (4' high in flood water) was damaged and had to be repaired. I have pictures from those days and it always reminds me how quickly nature works. The manager was nice and worked with you if you had an issue with your apartment. I'm sure it's still a great place to live.
