Just say no, this place is ran by thieves, Liars, manipulators they will tell you anything to get you to sign then after you sign the nightmare begins they will not fix things that are broken if you're renting, the maintenance manager is dangerous, a liar and will not do anything that he says he will do because he's a chronic liar. if it wasn't for the new management I would have given 5 stars. I lived there for 3 years and overall it wasn't a bad place but what soured my experience was the total disregard for my concerns by the new management. There was a incident where my water was cut off to my trailer by one of their maintenance people digging behind my trailer. I am not sure why and I received no advance notification. I came back to the trailer on a Friday evening and found I had no running water. I called the front office but it was after hours a... read more
