Kassandra was an exceptional accountant. She prepared for my husband before we married and I moved my taxes to her after we married. She was so intelligent and helpful. Pleasant and caring. I am aware that there were a couple of difficult tax years, but they were for everyone as laws were changing midstream. She put in long days and nights working in behalf of her customers. I miss her terribly!
I would give zero stars. She will not even give us our paperwork back. We have her paperwork in January 2020 and kept baiting us along that she was talking to the IRS, working on our forms, etc. She is unreachable to schedule with, communicate with, and check on progress. It is October 2022 and she told us to look for someone else. Very unprofessional and won’t give us our paperwork back. She closed he office and ghosted is by not letting us know anything.
Kasandra is amazing! I was completely overwhelmed, she showed me, and helped me understand. Pure gold. Wonderful person
If I could leave zero stars I would. I gave my paperwork to Kasandra in October of 2020. I brought my taxes to her in hopes of having a plan for the coming tax season. Very few times she was willing to talk to me. She always had me deal with her "assistant". It is now March 12 2021. After wasting several months of my time she mentioned having a "draft" over to me that never arrived. I mentioned needing the draft or I'd have to go a different route.
