My husband and I lived here for 2 years when we first got married. Loved it. Close to so many great things in Toledo. Always felt safe and maintenance was prompt and pleasant!
I have live here over 10 years in 5 different apartments (I like change) and have had nothing but excellent service! I love Lake View Shores!?
I've had nothing but a good experience living here. The rent is well priced for the area and I don't seem to have any major issues, except for parking, parking can be a major pain at times, especially if you work at night. The problem is they will let any one park anywhere, which means the residents may not get a parking spot close to their apartment because someone has a party and no one leaves til the next day.
