The sales team there are awesome! The service there sucks and will never take my vehicle there again!
We bought a used SUV from them a month ago. We were told the SUV had no issues other than a small rust spot- it’s all in “good working order” and it’s been throughly looked over in the shop and no mechanical issues etc. Well, since we got it it’s had a -burning- type of smell and it also wasn’t detailed well at all. They damaged the headliner of my vehicle attempting to perform a recall repair. It is now permanently stained. Service advisor had to be asked multiple times to even look at it before I left. He seemed unaware of the repair or what else could be done to restore it to its pre-damaged condition.
We just purchased a vehicle from them 02/2026. The woman who started helping us was via text. She was very informative about the questions we had and setting up us meeting with a salesperson. I came in and spoke with Debi- she was very much welcoming, answered questions I had and was great with the processes of purchasing the vehicle. I have purchased 2 vehicles from these people in the last 6 years and was treated very well but now all of a sudden they treated me with no respect in the service department my car had to be towed to their shop and they offered no help I was told l would have to get it there on my own even though the vehicle is still under warranty then they charged me 206 dollars to tighten a battery terminal so needless to say I purchased my new vehicle from another dealer
