Bonnie B. I have lived here for a little over 9 months, and I really love my apartment. The neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is quiet, and best of all, the manager, Donna, is wonderful! She is very kind, but you better follow the rules; she will make sure of it! And that is as it should be. I love it here! By the way, the picture on this website is of the Avalon Lakes Apartments, not Lake View Apartments. Too bad, because these are really lovely, quality apartments. I rate them a 5 out of 5.
