I love living here but raccoons tree definitely needs to be cut down by the dumpster & the gym needs blinds not evenly is comfortable w see right through windows & the back need EXTREME trimming of the tree or why we you wanna call it twigs long the fence it’s a mess sometimes i wanna sit on my back patio but it’s such a messy view ! other than that I love it here I love my home it’s spacious & quite honestly ..There could just be a bit more upgrades/touch ups that are more important there’s so much value here especially w n... read more
The building is falling apart, there is dry rot in the floors that they carpeted over, they said they renovated the patios but can’t remodel a building to make it a stable place to walk inside of your own house? Spending so much money on curb appeal to draw you in to a place that I wouldn’t live if I was homeless, and I have been homeless before. Raccoons live in the ceiling and their best option is to set 1 single trap and pray they catch them instead of actually removing them and patching the holes they get through. Water ... read more
The a/c is still terrible. I shouldn’t have to sweat in the place I am staying. Also the a/c is constantly running trying to get it to the set temperature so I have been having ridiculous electric bills.
We are very pleased to be residents at Lakevue apts,thus far. More comments to comè.
