I moved in yesterday and the front door is in such bad shape I literally have to body slam it to open or close it. It is sagging from top hinge and the metal threshold is badly damaged. Being a 78 year old woman I can barely manage getting it open. I would appreciate this being addressed right away. The apt is still super hot, changing the filter only is not going to make the ac turn cold. My light bill was 350 dollar this month. No freon was added everything stayed the same.
Work orders completed excellently and quickly. Staff is knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Perfect location in an established neighborhood. Band kids' practice at the High School provide world class sounds during morning coffee. Planning to ask former neighbors to relocate over here.
