On Christmas eve 2014 Dr.J stayed on the phone with me twice that night guiding me through a difficult puppy delivery with our fur baby Tink. Didn't charge me a dime and was very helpful.
They allowed my dog to die, did NOTHING to save it after it was attacked. They were very nonchalant about her. She was NOTHING to them. Then told me the next day that she was fine, to come get her. Then I got a call back 5 minutes later isaying she was dead. Now they want $150.00 This is a far cry from the years past. They used to care. Seven months later, my heart still breaks for my beloved Winnie the Weimaraner.
We really like this vet practice. The Vet is wonderful with all of our many animals. She is a skilled vet, but does not try to "run up" your bill or add stuff you don't need. Her prices are very fair. We also like the lady who runs the administrative part, she's really nice.
This is the worst vet office we have ever been too. Unfortunately we trusted you with our dog while feeling you was wrong. Less than 12 hours after we left your office and you assured us he would be fine .. he died. We will never return for anything.
