Very friendly,Mindy Bonner and all the staff all get a 10 rating.
The staff was so professional. I felt safe and in good hands.
They was the nurse practitioner was very rude she refused to stitch my grandson up because he answered his phone when his sister called him
Very professional and respectful
Wonderful experience! Leslie and Dr Wanda were awesome. Everyone was very nice! Thank you.
Everyone is professional, caring at Lake Afterhours Clinic in Hammond. I have been going to this clinic for years when I can’t get in to see my own doctor. I would recommend Lake Afterhours to anyone
The front staff was courteous and fast. I was doing paperwork as soon as I walked in. The wait time in the lobby was less than 10 minutes, enough time to finish my paperwork. Once they called us to the back, the staff was there taking vitals and then the provider came in, assessed my kids and within 20 minutes(waiting on results), we were walking out with diagnosis and medications already called into pharmacy. Very professional, and efficient to my needs as we are visiting from out of state. Thank you.
When a patient walks in who is sick at 7:45 and you close at 8 pm so the nurse makes a comment “you do realize that we close at 8?!” Wow! Is this a healthcare facility or McDonalds. Like a sick patient can decide when to get sick. That’s so unprofessional and extremely rude! You do realize that if you didn’t have patients that you wouldn’t have a job? Totally unacceptable!
