My dog has always loved going here but recently with the new covid policies I am not allowed inside.. my dog is usually pretty good with the nurses at this clinic and always enjoyed her visits but recently, she has been terrified of going in .. I wondered why ? Then I saw it with my own eyes, thru the glass doors, my dog was being dragged across the room by her collar.. is this the treatment they get when owners are not watching ?? RecommendedBEST. VETERINARY CLINIC. EVER! My Nina gave me a scare yesterday. She suddenly became very lethargic and was making moaning noises. I thought of the worst things. I took her to a vet clinic super close to me and they turned me away because we’d never been there before. I called LUVC, who we always visit, and they were calm with me, made the space to see her (right before they were closing), and took super good care of my fur baby. After three years of our rescue pup's so-frequent-you-had-to-laugh health issues (recurring giardia, two rounds of boob cancer, tongue puncture that abscessed, allergies, kidney decline & ultimately failure), Dr Waterhouse and his staff are basically extended family. These are the sorts of people you want in your pet owner support system :)
